PRACTICE STAFF

Practice Manager - Mel Gibbs

The practice manager is responsible for the day to day running of the practice and liaises with all partners and members of staff.

Practice Administrators

Mrs Amanda Bowen and Mrs Joy Wren are directly responsible to the practice manager for the smooth running of reception and deputising in his absence. They also deal with registration. Sally Allen deals with insurance, medical examinations etc and should be contacted direct if you require such items as notes for housing or DSS forms to be completed.

Receptionists

Our receptionists are there to help. We employ nine receptionists who are directly responsible to the practice administrator. They should be contacted in the first instance with any request or query.

Practice Nurses

We have three practice nurses: Bev Bright, Deborah Gwilliam and Sue Clark. They offer a comprehensive range of general nursing. Please contact the nurses for minor ailments such as warts/verrucae, headlice and all contraceptive services.

District Nurses And Health Visiting

The district nurses are based at St Julians and the health visitors are based at Cadoc House. The district nursing team consists of four nurses and can be contacted on 01633 22500. There is also a health visitor who can be contacted on 01633 421850.
